Level 3 Early Years Practitioner vacancy at St Michael’s Pre-school Woolmer Green, term time only, Monday-Friday 8-4. The management committee would consider some flexibility of hours for the right candidate.

You will be working with a dedicated team in a caring, family friendly, characterful, and stimulating environment which is inviting to children, parents, and staff. We offer the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to children aged 2 – 5 years in a beautiful village setting.
Applicants must hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification.
You are required to have a sound knowledge of safeguarding and must be able to demonstrate a high level of practice and knowledge. You must work in a professional manner, be honest, reliable, enthusiastic, motivated, and meet the needs of the setting. You must have the ability to form caring and trusting relationships with children and their families and ensure confidentiality at all times. You will need to consistently meet all the EYFS safeguarding and welfare requirements and education curriculum, delivering standards which ensure the highest possible inspection grading.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates will be subject to UK eligibility checks together with DBS and all other relevant checks. Safeguarding children is paramount within our setting.
