WOW – Walk on Water

We are seeking to recruit an Early Years practitioner to support our Nursery children from November 2025 who is enthusiastic, energetic and creative. If you are dedicated and passionate about giving our youngest learners the best start to their education, then St Paul’s could be the right school for you!

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 3.30pm (half an hour lunch break) - 32.5 hours per week, term time.

What are we looking for? 

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification - essential 
  • experience of working with children in Early Years 
  • understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage  
  • enthusiasm 
  • high expectations and a positive can-do attitude
  • a passion for working with young children
  • care and commitment 
  • teamwork
