About the role
We are looking for a high quality Graduate LSA to join us from September 2025. You will need to have high expectations and put the children central to everything you do.
As a Graduate LSA you will:
- Support the teaching team, by providing support within the classroom - Support pupils with learning and reaching personalised outcomes. - Understand the responsibility of safeguarding pupils and report any concerns to the safeguarding lead - Tutor small groups of children to meet academic targets and lead on running interventions in and beyond the classroom. - Support pupils to follow our high behavioural expectations. - Supervise pupils during breaks and ensure that they are all safe and play well together.
This is an ideal role for those passionate about supporting young people to reach their potential and make excellent academic progress and is also a good opportunity for anyone considering entering the teaching profession long term.
