Term Time Only, 39 weeks per year plus 5 CPD days per year (44.8 paid weeks per annum)
Grade: H2 –H4 (subject to experience)
Full time equivalent salary: From £24,624 to £27,006 per annum pro rata including London Fringe
Actual salary: £12,008 to £13,169 per annum (based on 21 hours per week)

The School is looking to appoint new members of staff to the Learning Support Staff team. Experience of supporting girls on the autistic spectrum, with social, emotional, mental health needs or students with English as an additional language (EAL) would be preferable.
Our learning support staff enable our students with additional learning needs to gain full access to the curriculum and are essential members of our wider teaching team. The successful candidate can expect to be supported by a strong team of experienced professionals. They will work alongside the Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, SENCo, SEND Learning Manager and Teaching staff, including advisory teachers to provide support to students with a range of additional learning needs. They will assist with the delivery of learning activities, oversee and deliver targeted intervention programmes and provide specific support during examinations.
The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of working with and supporting young people and will be sensitive, caring and responsive to the needs of young people. They will have the ability to make effective use of modern technology to support teaching and learning and will be able to manage students within a classroom setting. Some experience working with young people with additional learning needs would be advantageous.
