About the role
Would you like to work in a role which can make a difference to someone's life? We have a great opportunity for an aspiring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our experienced team! The Governors and Head Teacher recognise that this would be a suitable post for someone who is experienced or new to the role and who is willing to learn from others, who is creative in their approach, providing effective support to pupils' learning. Your day would start at 8.30a.m and finish at 1.30p.m.
In return we offer a friendly and supportive school, one that has been affirmed as outstanding by Ofsted (Jan. 2025) and also in our diocesan inspection (May '22). The school is willing to invest in the successful candidate as our commitment to professional development demonstrates and after a successful first year would look to offer a permanent contract. Visits to the school are encouraged and we look forward to showing you around.
Please note that the school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, therefore candidates will be required to undergo Disclosure and Barring Service scrutiny and all appointments will be subject to satisfactory clearance and suitable references.
