About the role
We are looking for an organised, friendly and highly motivated individual to join our busy school office. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of our front-office team, working closely with the School Business Manager and Office Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our school. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors, you will play a key role in representing our school with professionalism, warmth and efficiency.
The post requires strong administrational, organisational and interpersonal skills and whilst the role has a variety of core responsibilities, it can be hugely varied on a daily basis, as is the nature of working in a fast paced school environment. Therefore, a broad range of personal skills, flexibility and a dynamic, positive personality are key. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential, together with rounded IT skills. The ideal candidate will be fully proficient in clerical and administrative work, and preferably will have had experience of working in a school environment, in an administrative position.

The post would be for 35 hours per week, term time only. The post holder will be required to carry out some occasional INSET as paid overtime.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm (30 minutes lunch)
