About the role
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and resilient Office Manager with high aspirations to join our wonderful and succesful school. You will be responsible for the school’s financial and HR processes and procedures and will be supported by the Headteacher and HFL Finance team. This role would suit someone with a strong finance background and experience in an education setting. Main responsibilities of the role include:
Day-to-day management of the school office.
Management of the admin team.
Financial management.
This is an autonomous role and you need to have excellent time management and organisational skills. An understanding of how you can support colleagues to achieve the schools aims and visions as well as the current pressures schools are facing are required.
The role is offered 28 hours per week and ideally 4 days per week, however the working pattern is flexible. The role is term time only, plus INSET Days and 1 week in the school holidays.The allocation of these hours can be discussed.
