About the role

We are seeking an efficient and highly-organised individual to join our busy and welcoming school office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the school staff and leadership team

  • Managing phone calls, emails, and front desk enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting school communication with parents and external agencies

  • Assisting with data input and retrieval using school management systems

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent administrative and organisational skills

  • Communicates effectively with both adults and children

  • Is friendly, approachable, and able to work as part of a team

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Has experience with Arbor or other educational software (advantageous but not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate)

The position is for 16 hours a week and is term-time only. (Inset mornings may be required at the beginning of the academic year and the summer term for training)

Hours:             Monday           09:15-14:45  (5.5 hrs)

                        Tuesday          09:15-12:15   (3 hrs)

                        Thursday        09:15-12:15   (3 hrs)

                         Friday            12.00-16:30   (4.5 hrs)
