About the role
We are looking for a SenCo to join our team in September 2025. The SenCo responsibility will be for 2 days a week, out of class. We would expect the candidate to have qualified teacher status and hold the National Award for SEN Co-ordination, or a willingness to complete it if appointed. Pay grade will be dependent on experience, which can be discussed at interview, and the role will include a SenCo Allowance (£2,679). The successful applicant would be expected to be a member of the school leadership team (SLT).
Our most recent Ofsted report complements the strengths of our good school. We are a happy and caring school where pupils are polite and welcoming. Our children engage well with their learning and enjoy the broad curriculum we offer including learning outside the classroom. Our fleet of minibuses ensures that we are able to provide an enriched curriculum through regular trips and visits. We also welcome a number of visitors and workshops across the year in a range of subjects.
Our leadership team, including our governors, work effectively together to develop many opportunities for the children. They use their experience and expertise well in supporting the teaching and learning within the school.
