Salary range: between 35000 to 38000

We are offering the opportunity to work with a supportive team in enhance our site. East Hall School is an innovative independent specialist school for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are seeking a proactive, skilled and reliable Site Maintenance & Grounds Person to help maintain our beautiful rural campus and ensure it remains a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment for our students, staff and visitors.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining general maintenance, grounds care, health and safety checks and site improvements. Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and supporting the continued development of our growing school.

Safeguarding and Welfare  East Hall School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  All applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and /or other reference and security checks for those applicants residing / working outside the UK. Further / refresher training will be provided as part of the School induction process for any staff who will be working regularly in direct contact with students.

East Hall School is a unique SEMH school based in stunning rural Hertfordshire.
