Are you looking for a new challenge for September 2025 Do you have expertise in supporting children with SEN?
We are looking for a teaching assistant for two children in our school who have EHCPs and additional funding as part of their plans. This post is fixed term for the academic year 2025-2026 initially. These children will be in Years 2 and 3 in September 2025.
The role is to support one child in the morning and the other child in the afternoon. You will be an additional TA to the class teaching assistant.
We are a village school with 135 pupils on roll in 6 classes. Our class sizes vary from 13 children to 32 children. All classes are well supported by excellent Teaching Assistants and taught by experienced teachers. In September we will have 2 mixed age classes and 4 single year group classes.
You'll get to know everyone in no time at all! Our children are keen to learn, responsive and demonstrate our learning behaviours consistently.

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new role for September 2025 or maybe you have lots of transferrable skills to bring to our role from previous positions? We are looking for a special person to join our team and in return we will place you where your strengths can best be used. This is a new role for our school.
We are flexible in terms of who we are looking for, but we want to employ someone who wants to make a difference. Training will be provided as part of induction support.
Hours will be 8.40am-3.15pm Monday - Friday with a half hour lunch break.
FTE salary is H3-H4 which is £24,790 - £26,409. Please see salary range for the pro rata salary.
