Margaret Wix Primary School - Teacher for the Specialist Resource Provision (maternity cover)
Margaret Wix Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and inspiring teacher to join our highly motivated team in our Speech, Language Communication and Autism Resource Provision (SRP) while one of our teacher is on maternity cover. The position is for a January 2026 start date.
The maternity cover teacher will work alongside our experienced SRP teacher and TA.
The right candidate will have high expectations, be creative and imaginative and will be someone who can maintain the high standards already in place, remembering that our children are at the centre of everything we do. This position would NOT be suitable for ECTs/NQTs.

Candidates must be willing to share our values and vision, set high expectations and standards and be happy to be part of our exciting school journey. You must have excellent communication skills and be confident in leading a small team. We work closely together to ensure the highest quality provision for all the children in our school community.
Our well-resourced, one form entry school offers a vibrant learning environment with collaborative approaches to teaching and learning. We have amazing outdoor facilities and woodland area opportunities are embedded throughout the whole school from nursery upwards.
The Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) known as The Hub and offers 12 places for children with Speech, Language and Communication needs as their primary learning need.
