About the role

This post is designed for candidates who wish to be trained to teach pupils with severe learning difficulties, autism and complex needs We have an excellent training programme and a track record of successfully training our teachers to become experts in the field. We use an outside specialist to give coaching support and develop strategic thinking. Specialist is knowledge is delivered by our Head, Deputy head and Assistant head teachers. The role involves leading a team  to teach pupils between of EYFS and primary age. We are also developing an outreach service and there will be opportunities to design and deliver outreach to primary pupils in mainstream schools.

The environment is fun and fast paced, applicants will need to have great interaction and play skills, resilience and as sense of humour.
