Teaching Assistant - Inclusion Team

About the role

We are looking to appoint an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team in our successful, nurturing and happy school.   The role will include supporting small groups of children as well as supporting children on a 1:1 level.

The candidate will support the class teacher in developing and implementing effective differentiated programmes to ensure that children can reach their full potential. The successful applicant will be able to liaise well with the class teacher, senior leaders and professionals as well as use their own initiative when necessary. There is an excellent opportunity for some additional training to ensure consistency in the support for the child.

 The salaries listed below are pro-rata. The hours are 8:45 - 1:15pm, Monday to Friday, actual salary ranges approx £11,529 pa.

This is currently a fixed term contract until December 2026, however, there may be the opportunity for the position to be made permanent.
