About the role
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed and well-organised Teaching Assistant to join our team at Fair Field Junior School. Our TA’s play a crucial role across our school and make a real difference to our teachers and the children they work with.

The role will involve spending a majority of the classroom time working with identified groups of children under the direction of the class teacher and you may also cover one-to-one support when needed. You will also cover lunchtime duties as a Midday Supervisor. It would be desirable for applicants to have experience of working with children, preferably with a Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ qualifications in Children's Care, Learning and Development (CCLD) or a Diploma in Supporting Teaching & Learning.

The position is a fixed term contract (until the end of the academic year) to work for 5 days a week term time only, 8:30am to 3:30pm.
