Description
Sauncey Wood is a well-equipped primary school located on a spacious site to the east of Harpenden. Our school enjoys strong links with the local community, supportive parents and a committed and effective governing body. We are a one form entry school, and are passionate about unlocking the potential in each and every child. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children is paramount, and all staff and volunteers at share this commitment. We pride ourselves in being a fully inclusive school. The school currently has 190 children on roll, including the 8 children in our KS2 Speech & Language Base. Sauncey Wood is a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted June 2019) where the children are always at the centre of our work.
