About the role

We are looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Deputy Director of Performing Arts with a ‘can do’ attitude to join the Faculty of Performing Arts in our already over-subscribed school that opened in September 2019.

Candidates should have previous experience of teaching Drama to GCSE, with a proven track record of raising the quality of teaching and learning, whilst demonstrating excellent subject knowledge coupled with an ability to deliver inspirational lessons and outstanding productions.

Experience of teaching to BTEC Level 3 Performing arts is essential given that the school's Sixth Form opens in September 2024 and this will be part of our core offer.
