Ashfield School is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic teacher to join the teaching team to provide our bright, well-behaved children with excellent teaching and learning so that they can reach their aspirations and be the best that they can be.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Is committed to ensuring that all children achieve their very best and become independent lifelong learners
• Is a reflective practitioner, with a clear understanding of what constitutes good teaching and  who can ensure excellent outcomes for all children
• Is committed to their own professional development and sharing excellent teaching practice
• Has effective communication and organisational skills enabling them to work in partnership with children, parents, colleagues and the wider community
• Is able to challenge children to achieve beyond their expectations
• Is able to provide stimulating, and engaging learning experiences which challenge and support our children to make excellent progress both academically and socially and emotionally
• Shows commitment to a culture of continuous improvement that promotes excellence for staff and pupils alike
