About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate H3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing team working 30 hours per week term time only. This essential role focusses on supporting children with additional needs, both in the classroom and in small group or 1-1 settings, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing. As a 2-form entry school, we pride ourselves on maintaining a ‘good’ grade from Ofsted, last achieved in July 2024.

Ofsted has noted our children's excellent behaviour and enthusiasm for learning, highlighting our school's ‘Golden Rules’ and the ‘Parkgate Way’ which promotes a culture of respect, responsibility, and strong achievement.
