About the role
Are you a skilled, caring, and dedicated individual with a passion for helping every child achieve their full potential? Do you thrive in a vibrant school environment where flexibility, energy, and a good sense of humour are key? If so, we’d love to hear from you! At Holwell Primary School, our core values: Respect, Inspiration, Cooperation, Resilience, Aspiration, and Courage, are central to everything we do. These are brought to life through our Holwell RICRAC Heroes and are woven into an engaging curriculum that nurtures lifelong learning and personal growth beyond the classroom. We are proud to provide a learning environment where every child feels:
Safe, valued, and supported
Encouraged to be curious and creative
Confident in their abilities and inspired to succeed
Our pupils are polite, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. They value staff who challenge them, believe in them, and expect the very best. We are currently seeking a hardworking, committed, and inspiring Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of young learners while working in a supportive and forward-thinking school community. Education at Holwell Primary School is for life, not just the classroom. We are committed to preparing each child to move on to take their place in an ever-changing world. We recognise that choosing a school for your child is one of the most significant decisions you will make; the environment in which they are educated and the values which are promoted will influence them for the rest of their lives. Our Holwell values of respect, inspiration, cooperation, resilience, aspiration and courage are embedded through our exciting and engaging curriculum. These are represented through our Holwell RICRAC Heroes. The children are taught life skills that will develop a love for learning and a desire to succeed and reach their full potential, past the walls of Holwell Primary. We believe that every school day counts and we aim to provide a place where your children feels confident, safe, cared for and that stimulates their creativity and self-worth. We are an equal opportunities employer and there are opportunities for professional development which we consider to be vital to the improvement of teaching. Holwell School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.
