If you’re on, or planning to return from, maternity, paternity or adoption leave, The Maternity Teacher Paternity Teacher Project (MTPT) offers valuable support tailored specifically for teachers and educators. MTPT is a charity dedicated to helping education professionals navigate their return to work with confidence through resources, guidance, coaching and a supportive community.

Staff in Hertfordshire schools may be able to access MTPT support through local Teaching School Hub funding. Please check the MTPT or local Teaching School Hub websites for the latest eligibility and programme information.
